Although our pickles don’t go bad, we recommend refrigeration within 2 months of purchase to retain freshness and crunch. All pickles last up to one year in the fridge and longer in the freezer.

We recommend transferring into a container right after purchase and refrigeration after 2 months. It has to be an air-tight container, in a cool place, without contact with water. Make sure any spoon you use is dry.

I loved the spice and the taste. But felt that the Mango used is Old and have become hard and difficult to bite. Mango need to be fresh and tender. PL let me know when you have a fresh Mango batch made and I would love to buy again.
