The Manduva Project reserves the right to refuse to cancel and refund orders depending on a case-by-case basis.

The Manduva Project will not accept any returns or exchanges through the website as our products are handmade food products with fresh ingredients and no preservatives.

However, we will cancel orders on a customer’s request should he/she wish to cancel before dispatch from us.

We usually ship orders within 48 hours, so we request customers to write to us within 24 hours of ordering if they wish to cancel their order on unigourmet2020@gmail.com or call us on +91 73373 18106.

If the order has shipped, we will not be able to cancel or refund/exchange any of the products ordered.

At Manduva, we ensure high quality of our handmade products and wish to minimize wastage of food and material so we unfortunately cannot take products back once an order is fulfilled and dispatched as per the order placed. Kindly bear with us.
