Made with the dominant flavours of mint and two types of lentils, this sprinkle is healthy, aromatic, and hand-pounded with a balanced blend of seasoning. It smells divine and is truly a treat to the tongue!
This product is raw and uncooked, making it ideal for curries, baking, and other cooked preparations. Please note, it is not ready to eat and is best used during the cooking process to unlock its full flavour and aroma.

All sprinkles last up to one year without refrigeration although we recommend refrigeration to retain freshness. Coconut Chilli Sprinkle and Sesame Sprinkle have coconut in them so they need to go in the fridge within 2 months of purchase.

We recommend transferring into a container right after purchase. It has to be an air-tight container, in a cool place, without contact with water. Make sure any spoon you use is dry.

I absolutely adore the mint chilli podi primarily because I love the flavour and smell of mint; add the chilli in, and it goes with everything. I use it to add to rice and ghee, or even sprinkle this on top of pakodas instead of chaat masala, and bhel puris. So versatile, shelf-stable and just levels up everything.
Adds to the flavour of the dish you add it to. Very tasty.
