Manduva’s Seasoned Chilli Podi, locally known as Kura Karam, is a seasoned fresh chilli powder that comes pre-blended with an assortment of spices—eliminating the need for additional seasoning and making cooking quicker and easier.
Perfect to add to any dish - instead of adding chilli powder with other condiments, feel free to use this mix to eliminate multiple steps. It is not ready to eat and needs to be cooked over the stove or baked to be consumed!

All sprinkles last up to one year without refrigeration although we recommend refrigeration to retain freshness. Coconut Chilli Sprinkle and Sesame Sprinkle have coconut in them so they need to go in the fridge within 2 months of purchase.
