The Manduva Ginger Pickle is thick, pasty, and soft on the tongue. It has tinges of sweetness owing to the jaggery and is exceptional in quality. It contains deskinned ginger pieces ground with tamarind, jaggery and seasoning.

Although our pickles don’t go bad, we recommend refrigeration within 2 months of purchase to retain freshness and crunch. All pickles last up to one year in the fridge and longer in the freezer.

We recommend transferring into a container right after purchase and refrigeration after 2 months. It has to be an air-tight container, in a cool place, without contact with water. Make sure any spoon you use is dry.
