We recommend transferring into a container right after purchase and refrigeration after 2 months. It has to be an air-tight container, in a cool place, without contact with water. Make sure any spoon you use is dry.

Actually we don’t eat garlic, so couldn’t appreciate the taste. If you have anything without garlic would like to know.
Mildly spicy but not really hot. Make it little less salty. Tasted good anyway
Pickle well blended,pl reduce size of mango pieces. Packaging is good ,no drip .
