These fresh sun-dried sago chips, infused with fresh carrot juice and seasoning, are handmade with care and attention. We taste along the way and mix in grated vegetables for added texture, colour, and flavour. Once air-fried or deep-fried, they become wonderfully smooth and crunchy.
Perfect as a snack or side, they pair beautifully with salads, soups, a cup of chai, or your everyday rice and curry. With a long shelf life, they’re easy to keep and enjoy anytime. Please note, they are not ready to eat and must be cooked before consumption.
