Usually used to make lentil soups like rasam, chaaru podi is an Andhra rasam podi. It is made with a combination of daals and seasoning, hand pounded to perfection. It can be used to make tomato, carrot or beetroot rasam, sambhaar or any other soup from a vegetable or lentil!

All sprinkles last up to one year without refrigeration although we recommend refrigeration to retain freshness. Coconut Chilli Sprinkle and Sesame Sprinkle have coconut in them so they need to go in the fridge within 2 months of purchase.
