The Manduva Ginger Pickle is thick, pasty and soft on the tongue. It has tinges of sweetness owing to the jaggery and exceptional in quality. It contains deskinned ginger pieces ground with tamarind, jaggery and seasoning.
Ginger is anti inflammatory and healthy to consumer in regular diet. Our pickles use gingelly oil which make them more healthy and a good alternative to other pickles in the market.
Pairs well with idli, dosa or can be used as a jam with crackers or bread.

Although our pickles don’t go bad, we recommend refrigeration within 2 months of purchase to retain freshness and crunch. All pickles last up to one year in the fridge and longer in the freezer.

We recommend transferring into a container right after purchase and refrigeration after 2 months. It has to be an air-tight container, in a cool place, without contact with water. Make sure any spoon you use is dry.

Good paste like condiment. Order was spicy product but surprisingly it is sweet. Probably jaggery added. Request slat content is minimum
