In English, it is called Coriander Chilli Sprinkle! Made with freshly roasted coriander and a bold, aromatic seasoning blend, this hand-pounded garnish adds instant depth to your cooking.
It is raw and uncooked, making it perfect for curries, baking, meat or veggie marinades, stir-fry mixers, salad garnishes, and as a flavorful tiffin condiment. Please note, it is not ready to eat and should be added during the cooking process to bring out its full flavor.

All sprinkles last up to one year without refrigeration although we recommend refrigeration to retain freshness. Coconut Chilli Sprinkle and Sesame Sprinkle have coconut in them so they need to go in the fridge within 2 months of purchase.
