The Manduva Red Chilli Pickle is pasty, spicy and smooth on the tongue. It is fiery owing to the assortment of chillies used to make it for its colour and texture. We use three distinct varieties sourced carefully from Andhra and beyond. It is ground for a long time to ensure the pickle retains its form and absorbs the flavours of the seasoning.

Although our pickles don’t go bad, we recommend refrigeration within 2 months of purchase to retain freshness and crunch. All pickles last up to one year in the fridge and longer in the freezer.

We recommend transferring into a container right after purchase and refrigeration after 2 months. It has to be an air-tight container, in a cool place, without contact with water. Make sure any spoon you use is dry.
